Our Journey

I have always used an Excel based compliance Management System in every sector I have worked and under every set of Quality Standards such as: The Health and Community Services Standards, The Australian Service Excellence Standards, The Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Standards, The Aged Care Quality Standards and The NDIS Quality and Safety Standards. Standards are standards, they follow a uniform pattern.

The Driver

When I first became an NDIS Quality Standards Auditor, I just became so frustrated with the way providers were presenting their information. It was exhausting. So, I simply adapted one of my existing Excel CMS tools to cater to the NDIS Standards and packaged it up as a product. We have never stopped improving that tool. Our clients kept giving us the same message; “I love this Excel SMS! I just wish it could be automated”.
Now 5 years later; Voila!
